  • You'll start on day one by doing: Five press-ups per set, Four sets

(for 20 press-ups in total). Each day, you'll typically increase the number of press-ups per set and decrease the number of sets until, on day 28, you'll be doing 100 press-ups in one go! Along the way, you'll use and develop a range of muscles, including your chest, shoulders, triceps, and core. As you progress through the challenge, your muscles become stronger and more defined.


But the benefits of this challenge continue.

When you do resistance exercises like press-ups, your body releases testosterone and growth hormone hormones. These hormones build muscle, burn fat, and improve bone density. As you progress through the challenge, you'll notice you have more energy and feel more confident in your skin.
