The time has come when you want to get fitter. I am Mark, and I have been a personal trainer since 2005 (I'm 50 by the way!). Loads of experience to get you seriously fit, fast!  


Exercising outdoors burns more calories and makes more sense when doing functional exercises. Your workouts are super diverse and a great addition to any other gym work or group fitness class you might attend (such as mine here...)

Who is it for?
Anyone looking to get fit, whether that's for a wedding, funeral or the sheer and somewhat bizarre fun of it :)

1:1 Personal Training - though that's jolly exclusive.

Remember,  I come to you, or we'll meet at a park, cafe or on the beach etc.

Your training programme is structured in three steps:

First, we'll assess your current fitness level and identify areas where you can improve.
Next, we'll work with you to formulate a plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Finally, we'll implement that plan, working with you every step to ensure you progress towards your goals.

If you're with me 1:1, progress is measured and assessed, but if remotely, then checking in once monthly is best.
