The Exercises at the Steps of Bliss

Each exercise at the Steps of Bliss is designed to challenge your body and maximize your enjoyment of the picturesque surroundings. Here’s how each activity taps into different muscle groups and brings about that burning sensation of joy:


Lunges Up and Down

  • Muscle Groups Used: Primarily targets the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes.

  • Benefits: Lunges are fantastic for building lower body strength and improving balance. Doing them on steps increases the intensity, enhancing muscle activation and stability as you push up from a lower stance.


Squats

  • Muscle Groups Used: Engages the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and core.

  • Benefits: Squatting on uneven steps adds difficulty and requires more core engagement and stability, intensifying the workout and increasing the calorie burn.


Walking Fast and Sprinting Up
