About the event

We meet once a week, drink and eat cake, and provide a space for you to vent, feel better, and take the next week in your stride.

Starting Monday 10th June 2024

Over 5 x Mondays 

The location is TBC... A cafe in Belfast,  somewhere relaxing, with parking nearby... (Something like the Lock keepers)

Mindful Moments helps you retain mental resilience and inner calm, which enables you to overcome the noise of the fast-paced world. 

You can retain control over your emotions, make better choices, focus, reflect, and advance toward your life goals. 

Mindful Moments is a peer-based wellness group for stress reduction. However you would rather put it, you're welcome. 

Sessions are once per week, with each course lasting for four weeks.

Yes, you can attend more than one course.
