Designed with beginners onwards in mind, 'Strident' is more than a physical fitness program. It's a comprehensive mind and body service that combines physical training with nutritional guidance and mindfulness, all under the expert supervision of experienced instructor Mark McIntyre.
 

Imagine completing a series of personal milestones,  from running more easily, that workout you complete without needing to stop, feeling stronger and more flexible, understanding your body better, and making healthier eating choices. With 'Strident', this is your new reality.
 

Train in the beautiful outdoors of the Isle of Wight, receive personalised attention in our small group sessions, and benefit from post-workout nutritional advice tailored to your needs, and even attend mindful moments at the cafe, empowering you to emotional and mental well-being.
